Meghna Mann
President & COO
Meghna oversees programs and operations that strengthen the AI safety ecosystem’s talent pipelines and organization building. Previously, she led MetaMap, a global identity verification company, as COO and then CEO. Meghna has also held prior roles at BlackRock and the Brookings Institution. She has supported several high-growth tech companies as an advisor to the Endeavor Global Network.
Jameace Maliga
Director of People
Jameace leads the design of talent strategies and organizational systems that support Constellation’s mission and growth. Previously, she held senior leadership and advisory roles in recruiting, talent operations, and HR operations across technology and financial organizations, focusing on scaling teams, optimizing tools and processes, and creating human-centered experiences across the talent lifecycle.
Nicole Ross
Director of Convening
Nicole manages the Convening team and drives key strategic initiatives and projects for Constellation. She brings experience from board governance, organizational leadership, management, research, and operations. She has previously worked at CEA, Coefficient Giving, and GiveWell.
Keith Weissglass
Director of Operations
Keith leads the Program Operations team, which manages Constellation’s research center and supports its AI safety programs. Keith’s previous work includes management consulting at Gartner and leading product marketing at several successful tech startups.
Convening
Alexandra Bates
Program Manager
Alexandra manages the Organizational Access Program and other membership programs, runs events, and works on other convening and brand work. She created and ran the first cohort of the Astra Fellowship. She previously worked at the Institute for Progress and AI Lab Watch, cofounded and ran MIT AI Alignment, and held research roles in theoretical physics.
Sasha Berezhnoi
Events Specialist
Sasha supports Constellation’s events programming by leading operations for retreats, workshops, and other formats. Prior to Constellation, Sasha worked as a community manager supporting talented people from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing high-impact careers. He also led multiple large-scale online and in-person conferences dedicated to solving global challenges.
Isaac Dunn
Program Manager
Isaac works on events and programs focused on strengthening connections between different parts of the AI safety ecosystem. Before joining Constellation, Isaac completed research measuring reward hacking generalization in frontier LLMs, and earned a PhD evaluating the robustness of image classifiers.
Ada Lin
Program Coordinator
Ada leads the Curated Guest program, which builds bridges between the AI safety research community and decisionmakers in the wider world. Prior to Constellation, she spent more than a decade working in civil rights impact litigation, with a focus on litigation, policy, and movement-based work challenging unconstitutional prison conditions.
Rachel Weinberg
Senior Program Manager
Rachel works on events and user experience at Constellation. Before joining the team, she founded The Curve, a conference for people with different views and backgrounds to discuss contentious questions around the future of AI. She’s also worked as a front-end engineer, and helped lead other events in the AI safety space.
Research Programs
Joseph De Wolk
Research Program Manager
Joseph is a Research Program Manager at Constellation. Joseph worked at Tesla for seven years, leaving as a Chief of Staff. Joseph is a Producer for the feature length documentary Made For You, about humans in romantic love with an AI companion, releasing in late 2026. He sits on the board of Inward Bound, a national non profit teaching meditation and mindfulness to teens.
Morgan Matthews
Senior Research Program Manager
Morgan is a research program manager supporting AI Safety researchers across Constellation's Fellows programs with a focus on the Anthropic Fellows program. Her previous work includes leading organizations dedicated to nuclear weapons risk reduction and mapping existential threats to create strategy and decision support tools for global leaders. Morgan has presented and facilitated at the UN, TED conferences, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and other international forums.
Aris Richardson
Research Program Manager
Aris Richardson is a Research Program Manager at Constellation and Technology and Security Policy Scholar completing her PhD at RAND. Aris has previous experience in research (at Center for Governance of AI, RAND, and the Existential Risk Alliance) and programs (at MATS, Berkeley AI Safety Student Initiative) focused on AI safety.
Henry Sleight
Manager of Research Programs
Before joining Constellation, Henry built out MATS’s London program and worked closely with MATS mentors at Anthropic. He is a former Constellation Astra Fellow under Ethan Perez, where he worked on model collapse, introspection, and jailbreak attacks & defenses.

Connor supports Constellation's Fellows programs and the researchers who join them. Before working in AI safety, he led engineering teams at software startups, helping people and teams grow and products find market fit.

Briza Juarez
HR Lead
Briza leads Human Resources at Constellation, focusing on strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent retention, performance management, and HR compliance. Before joining Constellation, she worked in Human Resources and Operations for multiple tech startups and the UC.
Anam Nguyen
Finance Lead
Anam leads Constellation's finance and accounting. She has experience in operations, business development and finance across various industries. She holds a degree in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business. Anam serves on the Board of Animal Alliance Asia and Wild Animal Initiative.

Julian Aveling
Operations Generalist
Julian supports Constellation through system design and operational improvements. Previously, he founded and scaled an international business services company. Julian is also a part-time map and puzzle maker.
Ruby Li
Operations Coordinator
Ruby focuses on improving user experience and provides broad administrative support. Prior to joining Constellation, she graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has gained extensive experience in the hospitality sector, focusing on providing exceptional guest experience.

Jadyn works on the Program Operations team, providing user-facing and administrative support. Previously, she studied philosophy, public policy, and mathematical logic at Dartmouth and interned at the Brookings Institution researching government ethics and rule of law.

Site Operations Lead
Godwin leads Site Operations at Constellation, focusing on researcher experience and optimizing workspace utilization. Previously, he scaled infrastructure programs and operational systems at Tesla.
Ravpreet Grewal
IT Specialist
Ravpreet supports Constellation's research center through technical troubleshooting, systems administration, and IT operations. Previously, Ravpreet studied data science and economics at UC Berkeley. Before joining Constellation, he managed network infrastructure and provided comprehensive IT support at the International Computer Science Institute.
Brian Starkey

Brian leads the culinary program at Constellation Research, providing healthy, dynamic meals that transform the space into a gathering place for all. He brings over 20 years of experience working and operating in restaurants across the Bay Area.
