Roles we have hired for previously:

  • Program Manager: Run and help design the programs that directly further Constellation’s mission, such as the Astra Fellowship and the Machine Learning Alignment Bootcamp (MLAB).
  • Program Operations Generalist:  Support the many programs that we run, with the scope of responsibilities including IT management, CRM administration, marketing operations, workspace design, and facilities management.
  • Head of Business Operations: Cover our corporate infrastructure, including finance, legal, and HR.

We expect staff to work on-site. Our office is in downtown Berkeley, thirteen seconds from the nearest BART stop. Compensation depends on experience and role, but typically ranges from $100k - $170k/year. We offer catered lunches and dinners, and cover PPO health, dental, and vision insurance. We will consider international applicants who need visas.
